120 Administrative arrangements
(1)
The commissioner must make appropriate administrative arrangements for the conduct of each election.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the commissioner must ensure that each polling place is properly equipped with—
(a)
separate voting compartments constructed to screen voters from observation while marking ballot papers; and
(b)
ballot boxes that can be securely fastened; and
(c)
ballot papers and other documents and stationery; and
(d)
if electronic voting is used at the polling place—any equipment necessary for electronic voting.
