143 Soliciting applications for postal declaration votes
A person commits an offence if the person—
applies for declaration voting papers for postal voting for an election for someone else; and
does not have the other person’s consent to make the application.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if the person does anything to induce someone else—
to complete an application form for declaration voting papers for postal voting; and
to return the completed form to an address that is not an address authorised by the commissioner.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if the person does anything to induce someone else to complete an application form for declaration voting papers for postal voting that is not the form approved under section 340A for the application form.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
