145 Interference with declaration voting
Except for section 156, or at the request of the elector, a person shall not, without reasonable excuse—
(a)
communicate with an elector while the elector is casting a declaration vote; or
(b)
interfere with an elector’s casting of a declaration vote; or
(c)
do anything to find out how an elector voted by declaration vote; or
(d)
enable any other person to find out how an elector voted by declaration vote.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
