Deposit as security for costs

In force

(1)

At the time of filing an application, the applicant shall deposit with the registrar as security for costs the amount prescribed by the Court Procedures Rules 2006.

(2)

The amount deposited shall be set off against any costs ordered to be paid by the applicant.
