Declarations and orders

In force

The Court of Disputed Elections shall hear and determine a question referred to it and may—

(a)

declare that a person who has been declared elected is not eligible to be an MLA; or

(b)

declare a vacancy in the membership of the Assembly; or

(c)

refuse to make a declaration;

and may make the orders in relation to the referral that the court considers appropriate.
