Registrar to serve copy of declarations on Speaker

In force

The registrar shall, after a question referred to the Court of Disputed Elections is determined, serve a sealed copy of the declarations and orders (if any) made by the court on—

(a)

the Speaker; and

(b)

each party to the referral.
