280 Effect of declarations
(1)
If the Court of Disputed Elections —
(a)
declares that a person who has been declared elected is not eligible to be an MLA; or
(b)
declares a vacancy in the membership of the Assembly;
on the end of the day when the declaration is made a vacancy in the membership of the Assembly arises.
(2)
A vacancy under subsection (1) shall be filled in accordance with part 13.
