In this division:
polling place includes—
(a)
an early polling place; and
(b)
an interstate declaration polling place; and
(c)
a place where mobile polling is taking place under division 10.5 (Mobile polling).
reportage or commentary, in relation to a news publication, means everything in the newspaper or periodical except—
(a)
advertisements; and
(b)
letters to the editor.
