296 Advertorials
(1)
This section applies to an advertisement in a news publication that—
(a)
appears to be reportage or commentary; and
(b)
includes electoral matter.
(2)
The proprietor of the news publication must ensure that the word ‘advertisement’ is included, in legible form, as a headline to the advertisement on each page on which the advertisement appears.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
