Authorised acts and omissions

In force

A person does not—

(a)

contravene an environmental authorisation, an environment protection order or a provision of this Act; or

(b)

breach an environmental protection agreement;

if the act or omission that would, apart from this provision, have constituted (whether in whole or in part) the contravention or breach was authorised by or under this Act.
