Determination of fees etc

In force

(1)

The Minister may determine—

(a)

fees for this Act; or

(b)

the annual percentage rate at which interest payable under section 90 (3), section 91K (3), section 91L or section 160 (4) is to be calculated; or

(c)

the annual percentage rate at which interest accruing under section 91 (a) is to be calculated.

(2)

A determination is a disallowable instrument.
