19C Amendment of capital injection conditions
(1)
This section applies in relation to the conditions of a capital injection set out in a statement included in a proposed budget for a financial year for—
(a)
a directorate under section 12 (1) (c) (ii); or
(b)
a territory-owned corporation under section 12A (1) (c) (ii); or
(c)
a territory authority in accordance with section 61 (5) (e).
(2)
The Treasurer may amend the conditions.
(3)
An amendment must state the Treasurer’s reasons for the amendment.
(4)
An amendment is a notifiable instrument.
