20 Recommended appropriation for Office of the Legislative Assembly
Before the beginning of a financial year, the Speaker must—
(a)
after consultation with the relevant Assembly committee, advise the Treasurer of the appropriation that the Speaker considers should be made for the Office of the Legislative Assembly for the financial year (the recommended appropriation); and
(b)
give the Treasurer a draft budget for the Office of the Legislative Assembly for the financial year that contains the information mentioned in section 12 that applies to the office.
