22A Commission may require records to be kept
(1)
For the administration or enforcement of a gaming law, the commission may require a stated class of people to keep records of the kind, and in the way, stated in the instrument.
(2)
A person to whom a requirement under subsection (1) applies must comply with the requirement.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3)
An instrument under this section is a disallowable instrument.
