68B ACAT’s power to revoke health direction

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

a person has made a health direction under the Medical Treatment (Health Directions) Act 2006; and

(b)

the person becomes a person with impaired decision-making capacity; and

(c)

the ACAT appoints a guardian for the principal after the making of the health direction.

(2)

The ACAT may revoke the health direction, or part of it, if the ACAT considers appropriate.
