72D Medical certificate about impaired decision-making capacity
(1)
This section applies if, in a proceeding, a question arises about whether, on a particular day or during a particular period, a person had impaired decision-making capacity, whether generally or in relation to a particular matter.
(2)
A certificate by a doctor stating that the person had, or did not have, impaired decision-making capacity either generally or in relation to a particular matter on the day or during the period is evidence of that fact.
