121 Delegation
The council may delegate the council’s functions under this Act or another territory law to the director‑general.

For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions, see Legislation Act, pt 19.4.
Note 2
The director‑general may subdelegate a function delegated to the director‑general under this section (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 20).
