Division 4.1Licences generally
29 Licence—conditions
A labour hire licence includes—
(a)
a condition that the licensee must comply with this Act; and
(b)
a condition that the licensee must not contravene workplace laws or standards; and
(c)
a condition that the licensee notify the commissioner of any regulatory action taken against the licensee under a labour hire law; and
(d)
any other condition the commissioner considers appropriate; and
(e)
any other condition prescribed by regulation.
