Division 4.1Licences generally
30 Licence—period
(1)
A labour hire licence starts on the day stated in the licence.
(2)
The commissioner must not issue a labour hire licence for longer than 12 months or any longer period prescribed by regulation.
(3)
A labour hire licence expires on the day stated in the licence.
