61 Obstructing wharves and jetties
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person operates a boat on a lake; and
(b)
the boat obstructs the approach to, or restricts or impedes the proper use of, a landing place in the lake area.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2)
In this section:
landing place means a wharf, jetty, boatshed, slip, launching ramp, courtesy or emergency mooring.
operate, a boat, does not include to launch, land, or moor the boat.
