62 Obstructing boats
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person obstructs, or impedes—
(a)
the launching or securing of a boat on a lake; or
(b)
the removal of a boat from a lake.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2)
A person commits an offence if the person obstructs, or impedes the safe navigation of a boat on a lake.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
