41 LTCS commissioner liable for costs of assessment
(1)
The LTCS commissioner must pay the costs of a decision and a review of a decision under this division.
(2)
In this section:
costs, of a decision or a review of a decision, include the necessary costs and expenses of travel and accommodation to attend a panel for the decision or review incurred by—
(a)
the injured person to whom the decision relates; and
(b)
a parent or other carer accompanying the injured person.
