42 LTCS commissioner not liable for legal costs for decision or review
The LTCS commissioner is not liable for legal costs for legal services provided to an injured person or an insurer in relation to—
(a)
a decision about a dispute under section 37 (Eligibility dispute—determination by assessment panel); or
(b)
a review of the panel’s decision by an eligibility review panel under section 39 (Eligibility review panel).
