50 Dispute about injury—reasonable legal costs
(1)
This section applies if a claims assessment panel determines a dispute about an injury under section 49.
(2)
The panel’s determination must include a determination of the amount of the reasonable legal costs payable by the injured person for legal services provided to the person in relation to the referral and determination of the dispute.

(3)
The LTCS commissioner must pay the injured person’s reasonable legal costs.
(4)
No other legal costs are payable by the LTCS commissioner for legal services provided to the injured person in relation to the dispute.
