52 Dispute about injury—legal costs not payable
(1)
This section applies if a legal practitioner provided legal services to an injured person in relation to a dispute under this division.
(2)
The legal practitioner is not entitled to recover legal costs for a legal service or matter that a court or costs assessor determines were unreasonably incurred.
