53 Inconsistency between Act and Legal Profession Act 2006
(1)
This division prevails if there is an inconsistency between this section and the Legal Profession Act 2006.
Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).
(2)
An assessment under the Legal Profession Act 2006 of legal costs that are the subject of a regulation under this division must be made in accordance with the regulation.
