3 Entitlement to long service leave
(1)
An employee who has completed 7 years service with a single employer is entitled to long service leave for the period of the service.
(2)
An employee is entitled to long service leave for each year of service completed by the employee after the end of the 7th year of service.
(3)
An employee’s entitlement to long service leave for a period of service arises at the end of the period.
