39 Workers register
(1)
The authority must keep a register of registered workers for each covered industry (a workers register).
(2)
The register may be kept in any form, including electronically, that the authority decides.
(3)
The registrar may correct a mistake, error or omission in the workers register.
(4)
The registrar may change a detail included in the register to keep the register up-to-date.
