46 Registration as worker
(1)
A person is registered as a worker for a covered industry when the registrar enters the following particulars in the workers register for the industry:
(a)
the person’s name, address and date of birth;
(b)
the name and address of the principal place of business of the person’s employer (if any);
(c)
the person’s registration day as a worker;
(d)
any other relevant particulars the governing board reasonably directs.
(2)
However, a person is taken to become a registered worker on the person’s registration day as a worker.
