Money of authority

In force

The money of the authority includes—

(a)

amounts received by the authority under section 51 (Determination of levy—employers) and section 56 (Determination of levy—voluntary members); and

(b)

income derived from the investment of money of the authority; and

(c)

amounts borrowed for, and lent to, the authority by the Treasurer under the Financial Management Act 1996, section 59 (Borrowing by territory authorities); and

(d)

any other amounts paid to the authority.
