Application of authority money

In force

The money of the authority must be applied only in payment of—

(a)

the costs, expenses or other obligations of the authority under this Act; or

(b)

remuneration and allowances payable to anyone appointed or employed under this Act; or

(c)

the costs in relation to the administration of the authority.
