Chapter 7Manufacturing medicines
380 Authorisation under sch 1 to manufacture medicines—Act, s 33 (b)
A person mentioned in schedule 1, column 2 is authorised to manufacture a medicine if—
(a)
manufacturing the medicine is included in the schedule, column 3 in relation to the person; and
(b)
the manufacturing is consistent with any restriction for the manufacturing mentioned in the schedule, column 3.
