144 Meaning of WPI report
In this Act:
WPI report means a written report, by an independent medical examiner or private medical examiner, of an injured person’s WPI assessment that—
(a)
states the examiner’s assessment of the injured person’s WPI; and
(b)
complies with the WPI assessment guidelines.
