145 Meaning of private medical examiner—div 2.6.3
In this division:
private medical examiner, for an injured person, means a doctor who—
(a)
meets the requirements under the WPI assessment guidelines to conduct WPI assessments; and
(b)
has qualifications and experience relevant to the nature of the injured person’s injuries.
