215 SOI report—no significant occupational impact—ACAT review
(1)
If an injured person receives a notice under section 214 in relation to an SOI report, the injured person may apply to the ACAT for review of the report.
(2)
An application for review of the SOI report must be made within 14 days after the day the injured person received the notice.
(3)
The independent medical examiner or independent assessor who carries out the SOI assessment of the injured person must not be—
(a)
named as a respondent to an application made under subsection (1); or
(b)
joined as a party to an application made under subsection (1).
