216 Review of SOI report—ACAT to notify insurer etc
As soon as practicable after receiving an application for review of an SOI report under section 215, the ACAT must give written notice of the application to—
(a)
the IME provider that arranged the SOI assessment to which the SOI report relates; and
(b)
the relevant insurer for the motor accident.
