217 Review of SOI report—IME provider to give ACAT information
(1)
This section applies if an IME provider receives a notice under section 216 in relation to an application for review of an SOI report.
(2)
The IME provider must, within 14 days after receiving the notice, give the ACAT all information in the provider’s possession that was used in carrying out the SOI assessment to which the SOI report relates.
