244 Quality of life damages—amount that may be awarded for children
(1)
This section applies to a claimant who was a child on the date of the motor accident in which the claimant was injured.
(2)
The maximum amount that may be awarded to the claimant for quality of life damages is $600 000 AWE indexed.
