404 Business plans—MAI guidelines
(1)
The MAI guidelines may make provision for—
(a)
business plans for licensed insurers; and
(b)
the issue of MAI policies.
(2)
The MAI commission must consult each licensed insurer before making an MAI guideline in relation to the matters mentioned in subsection (1).
Note It is a condition of an MAI insurer licence that the licensed insurer must comply with the MAI guidelines (see s 366).
