415 Offence—contravene court order
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
a court order under section 414 is in force for the person; and
(b)
the person contravenes the order.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
Note Penalties imposed under this Act must be paid into the nominal defendant fund (see s 330).
