491 Refund of motor accident levy
(1)
This section applies if an MAI policy issued to a person is cancelled on the cancellation of the registration for the motor vehicle to which the policy relates.
(2)
The MAI commission must refund to the person, on a proportionate basis, the motor accident levy paid in relation to the MAI policy.
(3)
