Regulation-making power

(1)

The Executive may make regulations for this Act.

(2)

A regulation may create offences and fix maximum penalties of not more than 20 penalty units for the offences.

Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).
