251 Offset management plan—amendment initiated by offset manager
(1)
The offset manager for an offset management plan may apply to the decision‑maker to amend the offset management plan.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
include details of the proposed amendment.
(3)
The decision‑maker may amend the offset management plan only if satisfied that the offset for the amended offset management plan is—
(a)
at least equivalent to the offset for the original offset management plan; and
(b)
consistent with the offsets policy.
