253 Offset management plan—reporting
(1)
The offset manager for an offset management plan must report to the territory planning authority about the offset management plan—
(a)
at least once every 3 years; and
(b)
at any other time the authority requests.
(2)
The territory planning authority must report to the Minister about each offset management plan at least once every 3 years.
