520 Construction of outdated references
In any Act, instrument made under an Act or document, a reference to a repealed Act is, in relation to anything to which this Act applies, a reference to this Act.
In any Act, instrument made under an Act or document, a reference to a provision of a repealed Act is, in relation to anything to which this Act applies, a reference to the corresponding provision of this Act.
In any Act, instrument made under an Act or document, a reference to anything that is no longer applicable because of the repeal of the repealed Act, and for which there is a corresponding thing under this Act, is taken to be a reference to the thing under this Act, if the context allows and if otherwise appropriate.
In this section:
repealed Act means—
the Land (Planning and Environment) Act 1991 (repealed); or
the Planning and Development Act 2007 (repealed).
