This section applies if a lease of land mentioned in section 274 (2) (g) is not granted to the University of NSW by 26 November 2028.

This section and the following provisions expire on 26 November 2028:

section 274 (2) (g) (Payment for leases generally);

section 280 (2) (b) (Restriction on transfer, assignment and parting with possession);

section 282 (Restriction on transfer, assignment and parting with possession—certain University of NSW leases);

section 283 (Approval to transfer, assign, or part with possession—certain University of NSW leases);
