61 Supporting report for draft major plan amendment
(1)
If the territory planning authority prepares a draft major plan amendment (other than a draft amendment mentioned in subsection (2)), the authority must prepare a supporting report for the draft amendment.
(2)
If the territory planning authority prepares a draft major plan amendment after accepting an application for a proponent-initiated amendment, the authority must consider the supporting report included with the application for the amendment.
