5 Registration term—registration period for additional area of engineering—Act, s 25 (b) (ii)
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a professional engineer is registered for an area of engineering (the first registration); and
(b)
before, on or after the day the first registration commences, the registrar decides to register the individual for an additional area of engineering (the additional registration).
(2)
The period worked out under subsection (3) is prescribed for the additional registration.
(3)
The professional engineer’s additional registration ends on the day their first registration ends.
