Division 6.2Notification of notifiable conditions
104 Hospitals
(1)
The person in charge of a hospital must notify the chief health officer of any in-patient at the hospital who has or may have a notifiable condition.
Maximum penalty: 25 penalty units.
(2)
A notification under this section must be in accordance with the applicable code of practice.
