56E Registered people register

(1)

The Minister must keep a register of registered people (the registered people register) showing the following information for each person:

(a)

the information on the person’s registration certificate (as varied, if at all, under this division);

(b)

if the registration is transferred—details of the transfer;

(c)

if the registration is suspended—the date of suspension, a brief indication of the reasons for suspension and the date of lifting of the suspension (if applicable);

(d)

if the registration is cancelled—the date of cancellation and a brief indication of the reasons for cancellation;

(e)

if the registration is surrendered—the date of surrender.

(2)

The register may be kept in electronic form.

(3)

The Minister must ensure that the register is available for public inspection (at no cost) during normal business hours on business days.
